Original Artwork

  • All original artworks are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on original artworks once the purchase has been completed, except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Clear photos of the external packaging.

    • Clear photos of the damage to the artwork.

  3. We will review the case and, if applicable, offer:

    • A full refund, or

    • Repair/restoration (if possible)

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Subjective expectations regarding colours, size, or style (all measurements and descriptions are clearly stated on the product page).

  • Damage caused after delivery.

Prints or Limited Editions

If, in the future, we offer prints or limited editions, these may be returned within 14 calendar days, provided that:

  • The item is unused and undamaged.

  • It is returned in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Estefi Creates is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by external factors (customs, carriers, force majeure).

  • Indirect damages resulting from the use or display of the artwork.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
