Refund & Returns Policy

At Estefi Creates, your satisfaction matters. Please read this policy carefully as different rules apply depending on the type of product you’ve purchased.
🎨 Original Artworks
All sales of original artworks are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed, except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged or defective (see the Damages & Issues section below).
By purchasing an original artwork, you acknowledge that:
- Colours may appear differently on screen versus in person due to monitor calibration and lighting conditions. All dimensions and descriptions are clearly stated on each product page.
- Each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. Subjective expectations regarding colour, size, or style do not qualify as grounds for a return.
- Damage caused after delivery — including during handling, installation, or display — is not covered.
🖨️ Print-on-Demand Products (Fulfilled by Gelato)
We have a 14-day return policy for print-on-demand products. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
🌍 European Union — 14-Day Period
If your order is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To exercise this right, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate the process.
📦 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon receipt at [email protected] so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For original artworks arriving damaged, please:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of: (a) the external packaging as received, and (b) the damage to the artwork.
- We will review your case and, where applicable, offer a full refund or repair/restoration (where feasible).
Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without photographic evidence, may not be eligible for resolution.
🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and — once the return is accepted — place a new separate order. Contact us at [email protected] to start the process.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Original artworks (except for damage on arrival, per the section above)
- Custom or personalized products (special orders made to your specifications)
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items damaged after delivery
- Returns requested after the 14-day window has passed
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Gelato’s Fulfilment & Refund Terms
Orders fulfilled through Gelato (our print-on-demand production partner) are subject to the following additional conditions:
- Defective or incorrect items: If a Gelato-fulfilled product arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a free reprint or full refund. No return of the item is required in these cases — just send us photos of the issue at [email protected].
- Returns for change of mind: Gelato produces items on demand specifically for each order. Returns due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind are handled under our standard 14-day return policy above, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Lost or undelivered orders: If your Gelato-fulfilled order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open a claim with Gelato and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Address errors: Estefi Creates and Gelato are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- Production quality: Gelato maintains quality standards across its global facility network. If you receive a product that does not meet reasonable quality expectations, contact us with photos and we will work with Gelato to resolve it.
