At Estefi Creates, each item is made to order with love — and a bit of printer magic — via our trusted production partner, Gelato. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your goodies get from the screen to your doorstep.

🔄 Fulfilment Process

• Made to Order: Every product is printed and fulfilled after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and supports slow, conscious production.
• Production Partner: Orders are fulfilled by Gelato, a global print-on-demand network with production facilities in 32+ countries worldwide.
• Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. This includes printing, quality check, and packaging.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide! Whether you’re in Spain, Canada, Australia, the US, or sipping wine on a Greek island — Estefi Creates can get to you.

Note: Because Gelato operates a global production network, your item may be printed and shipped from a facility closest to your location — which means faster delivery and a smaller carbon footprint. 🌱

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times (After processing time)

These are estimated timeframes provided by Gelato and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, and local delivery conditions.

🛃 Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Estefi Creates is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

📦 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, item size, and Gelato’s rates.

• Combined shipping may be available for multi-item orders when fulfilled from the same facility.
• Some products may ship separately if they are produced at different Gelato facilities.

❌ Delays & Delivery Issues

While most orders arrive on time, delays can happen. Estefi Creates is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays due to external circumstances (weather, customs, carrier disruptions, etc.)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Lost or stolen packages after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out at [email protected] and I’ll investigate with Gelato on your behalf.

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey from the printer to your hands.
